Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations: the Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany), one of the most modern in Europe; the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), known for innovative technologies; and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK, operational this year. Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis and race operations.

The position is based at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg, Germany.
In internal combustion engine development, you will work on the combustion process and calibration of a high-performance powertrain. Your task is to optimize engine performance and efficiency, focusing on combustion processes, turbocharging, and calibration, while ensuring reliability. You will be involved in development during concept, design, commissioning, and testing phases.
