Our Team
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations: the Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany), one of the most modern of its kind in Europe; the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), known for innovative technologies; and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, which will be operational this year. Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis development and race operations.

The role is based at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg, Germany. You will work on the combustion process and calibration of a high-performance powertrain, aiming to maximize engine performance and efficiency, ensuring reliability throughout development, testing, and commissioning phases.
