Our team welcomes you to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has three locations: the Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany), the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, which will be operational this year.
Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for chassis development and race operations. We are looking for individuals with an athlete's mindset—those who see limits as challenges to overcome—to bring Vorsprung durch Technik to Formula 1. In internal combustion engine development, you will work on the combustion process and calibration of a high-performance powertrain. Your tasks include developing maximum performance and efficiency, focusing on combustion processes, turbocharging, and calibration, while ensuring reliability. You will be involved in concept and design, as well as commissioning and testing phases.
