Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The team has three locations: the Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany), the Sauber Group's F1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK.

This position is based at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg, Germany. You will work on the combustion process and calibration of a high-performance powertrain, focusing on maximizing engine performance and efficiency, ensuring reliability, and performing development measures during concept, design, commissioning, and testing phases.
