Join the Audi F1 Project, competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. Our team has locations in Neuburg (Germany), Hinwil (Switzerland), and UK, focusing on engine and chassis development.

We seek a Turbocharger Development Engineer to work on the combustion process and calibration of high-performance powertrains. Responsibilities include:

• Develop combustion processes and gas-exchange via 3D-CFD simulations
• Conduct thermodynamic development and flow simulations of intake & exhaust systems
• Plan, perform, and evaluate 3D CFD simulations with proper reporting
• Correlate simulation data with engine and testbench measurements
• Improve workflows and toolchains for simulation and data analysis

Your profile should include:

• Technical degree in mechanical, automotive engineering, fluid mechanics, or related fields
• Experience in internal combustion development and 3D CFD simulation
• Knowledge of engine technology and virtual development tools
• Experience handling testbench data
• Strong teamwork, organizational skills, and responsibility
• Independent and precise working style
• Proficiency in German or English, with willingness to learn the other language
