A leading grocery technology company in the UK is hiring a Treasury Analyst (Back Office) to manage bank transactions and reconciliation across the group's accounts. This role requires prior experience in a high-volume environment and knowledge of Treasury management systems like Kyriba and Oracle Fusion. About the Role
Ocado’s Treasury team oversees developing and implementing Treasury strategy and managing financial risks. This includes trading in capital (debt/equity) and other financial markets, running Front and Back Office activities, and managing the Treasury Management System (Kyriba).
The Treasury Analyst (Back Office) is a key member of the Back Office Treasury department, responsible for the settlement, confirmation, bank clearing, and monthly bank account reconciliation of all Ocado entities with Fusion ERP. This role involves mapping Treasury accounting files from Kyriba into Fusion.
The Treasury Analyst (Back Office) ensures that all bank transactions (receipts and payments) are accurately reconciled and accounted for on a timely basis across all Ocado Group’s bank accounts according to defined Service Level Agreements, as reported via a suite of KPIs.
The team also delivers monthly Bank Account vs GL reconciliations, ensuring any reconciling items are flagged and actions to clear them are identified.
The Treasury Analyst (Back Office) reports directly to the Treasury Back Office Lead.
