Operations Department

Key Responsibilities

1. Managing travel arrangements for staff, ensuring cost-effectiveness
2. Investigating visa requirements and managing visa applications
3. Supporting tournament operations as needed
4. Handling purchase orders and invoicing

• Negotiating hotel rates and cancellation policies
