Job Description:

An international law firm at the forefront of legal innovation is seeking to hire a fully remote evening shift Document Production Supervisor. The role involves providing accurate, professional, and efficient document production services to partners and fee earners in their London office.

• Fully Remote
• Monday-Friday (Evenings), 5pm-1am

This full-time, fully remote, evening shift position requires effective communication with Document Production Specialists for handover and collaboration, and active involvement in workload management to meet deadlines.

• Monitor all work through BigHand Now, ensuring tasks are added via fee earners
• Work closely with Evening Document Production Specialists to manage absence, timekeeping, and resourcing
• Transcribe, create, rebrand, format, and amend emails, correspondence, notes, documents, reports, billing narratives, and mail merges
• Produce and amend PowerPoint presentations, organisational charts, mail merges, Excel spreadsheets, and graphs
• Create marketing materials such as team sheets, seminar slides, and pitch documents
• Ensure documents adhere to the firm’s branding and house style

Requirements:

• Previous evening shift document production experience in a law firm environment
• Supervisory experience in a document production role (advantageous)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Word, DocXtools, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with BigHand
• Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute
• Ability to clean and reformat documents according to the firm’s house style
