We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our client, a leading travel safety and sustainability consultancy. This home-based position offers the perfect blend of administrative responsibilities and technical auditing work within the travel industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Audit self-assessment safety checklists submitted by hotels, destination management companies, transport providers, and other travel suppliers
• Perform administrative functions to ensure efficient supply chain auditing processes
• Liaise with clients regarding property and supplier inquiries
• Maintain strong working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Occasionally conduct on-site physical inspections in the UK and overseas
• Contribute to the ongoing development of online portal systems and process efficiencies
• Support advisory services and strategic decision making as required

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Travel industry experience, particularly in operations, risk management, and/or health & safety
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications
• Professional attitude with ability to remain calm under pressure
• Ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

• Risk management/safety qualifications
• Travel industry qualifications
• Previous supply chain auditing experience
• Interest in sustainable business practices
