OPERATION EXECUTIVE/AUDITOR - Travel Safety & Sustainability

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our client, a leading travel safety and sustainability consultancy. This home-based position combines administrative responsibilities with technical auditing within the travel industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Audit safety checklists submitted by hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and other travel suppliers
  • Perform administrative functions to ensure efficient supply chain auditing
  • Liaise with clients regarding property and supplier inquiries
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Conduct occasional on-site inspections in the UK and overseas
  • Develop online portal systems and improve processes
  • Support advisory services and strategic decisions
REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience in travel operations, risk management, or health & safety
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Professional attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Effective stakeholder engagement
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
  • Risk management/safety certifications
  • Travel industry qualifications
