Qualifications

• Experience of working with vulnerable people
• Experience delivering structured support and risk management
• Team player with a caring, empathetic, resilient and can-do attitude
• Understanding of supporting vulnerable people, including lived experience of homelessness or addiction
• Ability to work flexible hours, including lone working

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers in various ways, including linking to employability coaches and benefits
• Keep clear records and complete required admin tasks
• Support customers to rebuild their lives with empathy and resilience
• Assist with tenancy-related matters and day-to-day support
• Identify opportunities for employment, education, and training and reduce barriers to access
