Job summary

SENse Learning seeks a dedicated SEND Teacher in the UK to provide one-to-one support for learners with SEND in home or community settings. You will arrange in-person, online, or hybrid sessions with parents, carers, or schools, tailoring schedules to each student’s needs.

Applicants should have 2+ years post-NQT teaching experience, QTS/QTLS, and a UK-based right to work. An enhanced DBS and references are required; interviews are rolling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of post-NQT teaching experience with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD.
• Understanding of trauma-informed teaching approaches to support vulnerable learners.
• Enhanced DBS and professional references are required.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with children and young people with diverse needs.
• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan, deliver flexible lessons, and report on student progress.
