Job summary

SENse Learning is seeking a SEND Teacher to provide one-to-one support for young people with a range of needs. The role covers in-person, online, and hybrid tutoring, arranged with clients and schools in the UK.

You will work with post-NQT teachers who have QTS/QTLS, deliver trauma-informed sessions, and tailor lessons to EHCPs while reporting progress and maintaining safeguarding standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years post-NQT experience with SEND/SEMH and related needs.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) required.
• Ability to deliver trauma-informed, holistic tutoring.
• UK-based with right to work, DBS checked or facilitated.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with students with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Deliver in-person, online, and hybrid tutoring as required.
• Plan lessons, tailor to EHCPs, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with parents, carers, and schools for scheduling.
