Qualifications

• 2+ years of post-NQT teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH/MLD/SLD/PMLD in a trauma-informed way.
• QTS or QTLS certification.
• UK resident with right to work; Enhanced DBS beneficial and 2+ professional references.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with children and young people with diverse needs.
• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid support for SEMH and SEND needs.
• Plan and report lessons; provide regular feedback on student progress.
