SENse Learning is hiring SEND Tutors on a flexible, self-employed basis across the UK. Role involves one-to-one support for children and young people with SEND/SEMH needs in-person, online, or hybrid formats. Qualifications

• 2+ years post-NQT teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a holistic and trauma-informed way.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) and Enhanced DBS.
• Based in the UK with the right to work; safeguarding knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with children and young people who have SEND/SEMH needs.
• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan and report lessons; provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Deliver trauma-informed, student-centred tutoring across KS1–KS5.
