Job summary

SENse Learning is seeking dedicated SEND Teachers in the UK to provide one-to-one support across homes, community and online settings. Roles are flexible, offering in-person, hybrid and remote teaching with ongoing interviews on a rolling basis.

You’ll work with children and young people with SEMH, SEND, MLD/SLD, and PMLD using a trauma-informed, student-centered approach. Qualifications include QTS/QTLS and a DBS; 2+ years post-NQT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years post-NQT teaching experience with SEND/SEMH/MLD/SLD/PMLD in a holistic, trauma-informed approach.
• QTS or QTLS required for eligibility to teach in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS and two professional references are expected or facilitated by SENse Learning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person, online/remote, and hybrid tutoring to SEND learners across KS1–KS5 as appropriate.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed lessons tailored to individual EHCPs and needs.
• Build strong relationships with children, young people and families to support progress and well-being.
