Job summary

SENse Learning seeks a passionate Intervention Tutor to deliver bespoke, one-to-one tutoring for students with SEND/SEMH needs across KS1–KS5. You will conduct creative, interest-led sessions in a supportive, trauma-informed environment and tailor approaches to each learner.

You will work in-person, online, or hybrid, coordinating with families and schools to arrange sessions that fit the student’s needs and schedule. DBS checks can be arranged as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years post-NQT teaching, ideally with SEND/SEMH/MLD/SLD/PMLD.
• QTS or QTLS qualification required.
• UK-based with right to work; safeguarding knowledge.
• Enhanced DBS (we can facilitate).

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1-1, creative, and interest-led tutoring sessions.
• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid support to pupils.
• Plan lessons and report progress to parents or schools.
• Support pupils across KS1–KS5 as appropriate.
