Blue Triangle Housing Association Limited in Glasgow is hiring a Night Shift Support Worker to provide safe, supervised accommodation for young people aged 16-25, with trauma-informed care and empathetic support.

You will work 24 hours per week over a 4-week rota (9pm-5am and 11:15pm-7:15am). A genuine passion for helping people and experience with vulnerable groups are valued; SVQ2+ and full registration with SSSC are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for helping people.
• Experience with vulnerable people and challenging behaviour.
• Ability to follow SSSC code of practice and National Care Standards.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to provide safe, secure, supported accommodation.
• Assist with case management and recording to achieve person-centred outcomes.
• Maintain and update documentation in line with policies and timeframes.
• Plan and facilitate key work meetings and review sessions.
• Provide advocacy and advice to enable occupancy conditions.
