A leading recycling company based in Welshpool is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee transport scheduling and asset management. The ideal candidate will have experience managing drivers and focusing on customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Capital employ around 50 people and, while being a major supplier to the civil contracting, construction and transport industries, also offer a wide range of commercial and domestic demolition services.
In the position of Logistics Manager (based at our Welshpool Head Office), you will report directly to the Operations Manager and accept responsibility for the timely and effective allocation of company assets and sub‑contractor vehicles/equipment throughout the metropolitan area. The successful applicant will liaise with multiple parties, including drivers, sub‑contractors and customers, to ensure assets are dispatched and distributed within the required time frames.

As part of our commitment to Health & Safety, the successful candidate will need to undergo a pre‑employment medical including a drug & alcohol screen and Police Clearance.
