• Log and communicate service issues to management.
• Investigate driver non-compliances.
• Use company software to monitor performance.
• Ensure all returns are handled per SOP.
• Conduct daily downloads of handheld scanners.
• Code all returns correctly.
• Perform ad-hoc vehicle audits.
• Handle POD and address data entry.
