Job summary

TradeChoice Carpet & Flooring is seeking an Administration Assistant to support transport operations at our busy branch. You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of transport, administration, and customer service, working with the Branch Manager, Internal Sales, and Drivers to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong IT skills and experience in transport

Qualifications

• Experience in transport administration or logistics is preferred.
• Excellent IT skills and aptitude with software tools.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage transport administration, ensuring vehicle compliance and PMI tracking.
• Prepare driver hours paperwork and maintain transport records.
• Plan daily vehicle routing and coordinate end-of-day invoicing.
• Handle transport-related admin and paperwork, including returns.
• Input customer quotations into Salesforce and support sales orders.
• Assist busy periods with calls, orders, and account openings.
