Job summary

• Experience in transport, logistics or customer service.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good IT skills and experience with ERP or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate internal and external transport.
• Arrange collections and deliveries with hauliers and suppliers.
• Monitor deliveries and resolve delays.
• Keep ERP data up to date.
• Handle day-to-day customer service enquiries.
