Solina Group in Elland, West Yorkshire, is hiring a Customer Services Advisor to coordinate day-to-day transport and support our customer service activity across Planning, Production and Warehouse. You’ll work with customers, hauliers and colleagues to ensure timely deliveries, resolve issues quickly and maintain accurate transport data in our ERP system.

You’ll work closely with customers, hauliers and colleagues across Planning, Production and Warehouse to make sure deliveries run smoothly and any issues are resolved quickly.We’re looking for someone who is organised, enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing a great service.What you’ll be doingPlanning and coordinating internal and external transport.Arranging collections and deliveries with hauliers and suppliers.Monitoring deliveries and resolving any issues or delays.Keeping transport information accurate and up to date in our ERP system.Coordinating day-to-day customer service enquiries and requests.Making sure customer communications are responded to promptly.Building good relationships with customers, transport providers and colleagues.Looking for simple ways to improve how we work and the service we provide.What we’re looking forYou’ll be organised, approachable and comfortable managing several priorities at once.Ideally, you’ll have experience in transport, logistics, supply chain or customer service, along with:Good communication and customer service skills.Strong attention to detail.A practical and proactive approach to solving problems.Confidence working with different teams and external partners.Good IT skills and experience using ERP or similar systems.Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who takes ownership, works well with others and wants to make a positive difference.We are open to talents of all backgrounds.
