Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a high-performing transport team, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth and compliant transport operations.

  • Assist with accident investigations and insurance administration.
  • Manage transport sundries bookings (ferries, bridge tags, etc.).Order uniforms and H&S PPE for team members.
  • Maintain Time & Attendance system and report for payroll accuracy.
  • Log holiday requests and investigate driver pay queries.
  • Maintain Driver PFP logs and process related payments.
  • Raise purchase orders, and produce financial reports.
  • Coordinate Driver CPC training and bookings.
  • Manage PCNs and audit transport requirements.
  • Conduct data analysis, update KPIs, and liaise with customers.

Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off, 10.5 hours between the hours of 08:00-18:30
