Places for People in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head of Business Change & Transformation to steer the long-term transformation across Commercial Operations. You will define a clear strategy for process improvement, data, reporting, digital tools and future ways of working, while aligning with technology teams and regional directors.

The role requires travel to leisure sites 2-3 days per week and a commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and flexible working discussions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business change and transformation in multi-site or complex operations.
• Ability to define roadmaps connecting processes, data and technology.
• Experience partnering with technology teams to define requirements and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term transformation agenda across Commercial Operations.
• Set governance and standards for operating procedures and new systems.
• Review end-to-end processes, reduce duplication and manual activity.
• Own transformation roadmap and ensure operational readiness, communications and training.
• Support frequent travel to leisure sites (2–3 days/week).
