Job summary

Places Leisure, part of Places for People, seeks a Head of Business Change & Transformation to steer the long-term transformation across Commercial Operations. You will shape the strategy for process improvement, data, dashboards and future ways of working.

Working with technology teams and regional directors, you’ll review processes, drive adoption, and set governance to ensure new systems meet operational needs across sites. Travel 2–3 days a week is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business change and operating model development in complex, multi-site organisations.
• Proven ability to define data, reporting or BI roadmaps with governance and single source of truth.
• Collaborates with technology teams to shape systems roadmaps and enable adoption.
• Develops transformation roadmaps connecting processes, systems and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the long-term transformation agenda across Commercial Operations.
• Review end-to-end processes, simplify ways of working and reduce duplication.
• Set governance standards for operating procedures and ensure systems are fit for purpose.
• Own the transformation roadmap and align programmes with measurable outcomes.
