Job summary

Places Leisure, part of Places for People, seeks a Head of Business Change & Transformation to steer a multi-site transformation across Commercial Operations. You will design strategy for process improvement, data, reporting, and future ways of working, partnering with technology and central support to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will lead end-to-end process reviews, set governance, and own the transformation roadmap, ensuring readiness, communication, and adoption across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business change, transformation, or operating model development in a complex multi-site organisation.
• Proven use of process-improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma) to cut waste and drive efficiency.
• Experience owning data, reporting or BI roadmaps, including data definitions and governance.
• Ability to partner with technology teams to define business requirements and system roadmaps.
• Experience developing transformation roadmaps linking processes, data, and user experience to measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the long-term transformation agenda across Commercial Operations.
• Review end-to-end processes, simplify ways of working and reduce duplication and manual activity.
• Own the transformation roadmap and align programmes with operational readiness and adoption.
• Set governance for operating procedures and ensure systems and dashboards meet operational needs.
