Job summary

Places Leisure, part of Places for People, is seeking a Head of Business Change & Transformation to lead the long-term transformation across Commercial Operations, shaping process, data, and digital tools to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will work with technology teams, central functions, Regional Directors and site operators to design end-to-end processes, establish governance, and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business change or transformation in a complex, multi-site organisation.
• Experience creating data, reporting or business intelligence roadmaps.
• Experience partnering with technology teams to define business requirements and roadmaps.
• Evidence of developing transformation roadmaps that connect processes, systems, data and colleague or customer experience to measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to travel to Leisure sites 2–3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead the long-term transformation agenda across Commercial Operations.
• Review end-to-end processes, simplify ways of working and reduce duplication.
• Set standards and governance for operating procedures and ensure new systems and dashboards meet operational needs.
• Own the transformation roadmap and shape the future operating model.
• Prioritise programmes around measurable business outcomes and manage adoption, training and readiness.
