Job summary

Places for People’s Places Leisure unit seeks a Head of Business Change & Transformation to drive the long-term transformation across Commercial Operations. You’ll shape a clear strategy for process improvement, data, reporting, and digital tools, aligning new ways of working with operational needs.

Working with technology teams, regional directors and centre operations, you’ll map end-to-end processes, set standards, and own the transformation roadmap to deliver measurable business benefits,

Qualifications

• Experience leading business change and operating model development.
• Strong ability to turn complex processes into practical plans.
• Experience with data, reporting and governance.
• Ability to partner with technology teams and senior leaders.
• Delivery-focused with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the long-term transformation agenda across Commercial Operations.
• Review end-to-end processes, reduce duplication and manual activity.
• Set governance for operating procedures and ensure solution alignment.
• Own the transformation roadmap and prioritize programs for business outcomes.
• Coordinate change across central and regional teams; travel 2–3 days a week.
