Job summary

RS Group is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the people side of change across Group Product & Supply Chain transformation initiatives. You will partner with programme teams, leaders and operators to assess impacts, design adoption strategies and deliver impactful interventions that embed new ways of working.

You will champion business readiness, lead training efforts and monitor adoption to maximise programme benefits, while minimising disruption during go-live.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering organisational change within large-scale transformation programmes across processes, technology and operating models.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to influence and engage at all levels of the organisation.
• Experience developing and executing change, communication and adoption plans.
• Ability to assess business readiness and support deployment and go-live activities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive change management activities across strategic Group Product & Supply Chain transformation programmes.
• Conduct change impact and business readiness assessments to identify stakeholder impacts and adoption gaps.
• Develop and execute change management plans including stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption strategies.
• Build relationships with business leaders, process owners and operational teams as a trusted advisor.
• Deliver engaging communications to explain purpose, benefits and impact of change.
