If you’ve got strong behaviour management and enjoy working with teenagers, this could be right up your street.

We’re working with secondary schools looking for reliable Cover Supervisors to step in when teachers are away. You’ll deliver pre-set work, manage behaviour, and keep lessons running smoothly, no planning required.

What you’ll be doing
  • Supervising classes across KS3 and KS4 using pre-prepared lesson plans
  • Maintaining calm, purposeful classrooms and managing behaviour confidently
  • Reinforcing school routines, expectations, and behaviour policies
  • Dealing with low-level disruption and knowing when to escape
  • Supporting pupils to stay engaged and focused on their work
