Trainee Service Engineer

Field-Based (Ideally located : London, Surrey, Kent, Hertfordshire, and surrounding areas)

In this mobile role, you will travel to a variety of sites carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repair of swimming pools, spas, saunas, and steam rooms. Full specialist training will be provided, along with clear routes for progression and industry-recognised qualifications.

This role would suit either an experienced pool & spa engineer looking for a stable and rewarding position or a hands‑on, mechanically minded individual seeking to learn a specialist trade with full support and training provided.

The Role

• Service, maintenance, and repair of swimming pools, spas, saunas, and steam rooms
• Diagnose and resolve faults on pumps, filters, dosing systems, and circulation equipment
• Full Training
• Monday to Friday (door-to-door pay)

The Person

Hands-on and mechanically or electrically minded

Experience in pool / spa maintenance or background in engineering, plumbing, or facilities

Full UK Driving Licence
