Sytner BMW Newport is seeking a customer-focused Trainee Service Advisor/Bookings Advisor to handle inbound and outbound booking calls and digital channels. You will schedule customer bookings, relay clear information and ensure every caller receives premium service in line with our brands.

You'll support Service Advisors, participate in a Saturday rota, and act as the link between customers and workshop control, keeping customers informed on vehicle progress and offering confident product and
