No problem, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to start a new and rewarding career in property, with full training and ongoing support provided. Your journey as a Trainee Sales Negotiator will begin with one week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

  • Purpose-built training location
  • Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
  • Day-to-day learning led by our industry experts
  • Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
  • Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay
Responsibilities

Compensation & Schedule
  • £28000 OTE per year
  • Uncapped commission
  • Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
