Trainee Recruitment Consultant | SaaS Recruitment | Horsham

They have delivered more than 20,000 hires and have helped scale category leaders in AI, data, fintech and cybersecurity. You will learn a proven playbook from day one and work on real roles from your first week.

What you will do

Learn the full recruitment cycle across GTM roles

Map target markets and keep the CRM and talent pools clean

Headhunt top sales and GTM candidates and build shortlists

Speak daily with candidates and hiring managers and support offers through to placement

What you will bring

Eligible to work in the UK and able to commute to Horsham
