About us

Due to a continuous growth TFS Healthcare are looking to take on a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in our new Hitchin office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wishes to join a highly successful Healthcare recruitment agency spiralised in placing Nurses within the NHS and Private.

We train and develop all our recruitment consultants through our experienced managers and L&D department. If you are looking for a change in career or have finished studying and want to earn well and progress rapidly, then TFS Healthcare is the one.

The role

• Attracting candidates through job boards, social media and referrals.
• Building relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Qualifying your candidates and submitting them into positions that are suited to their experience.
• Being able to juggle different candidates at different stages of the recruitment progress.
• Attending client visits.
