XCL are offering NEW Trainee Recruitment positions in their well established Huddersfield office.

As a Trainee Recruitment consultant, you will be trained in all aspects of recruitment either on Temporary desk or permanent desk.

A Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Generating new sales and leads.
  • Following up all potential sales leads.
  • Liaising with new and existing clients.
  • Interviewing and registering new candidates.
  • Sourcing candidates for current and future vacancies.
  • Building strong candidate relationships.
  • Conducting reference calls.
  • Updating our CRM system on a regular basis.
  • Compliance and industry knowledge.

We will take you through the stages of developing into a successful Consultant with the opportunity of progressing in your career.

The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:

  • A genuine desire to learn the skills required in the role.
  • Excellent work ethic with an enthusiastic attitude.

  • IT literate and the ability to pick up and learn new information.

The sucessfull candidate must have a driving licence as this role when trained will involve company visits.
