Qualifications

• Proven construction industry experience on healthcare or university projects.
• Time served as a tradesman or technical qualifications are required.
• Ability to handle site construction activities and coordinate project tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage site construction activities and communicate with the project team.
• Monitor construction progress against the project schedule.
• Complete and submit site progress reports to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate procurement needs with the commercial team.
• Maintain accurate on-site records for supplies and deliveries.
• Oversee waste management and compliance with disposal regulations.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety procedures.
