Job description

We are looking for Trainee Process Operatives to join the team in a clean and modern food manufacturing environment with structured progression and development opportunities.

LOCATION: Tewkesbury Industrial Estate
PAY: from £14.12, increasing to £14.54 and beyond with training
HOURS: five shifts per week, 37.5 hours, Start Times from 5am
DURATION: Permanent after 12 weeks for the right candidate

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Oversee safe, hygienic bulk product transfers in tanker bays and production units.
  • Organize silo plans and vessel cleaning to optimize storage and output.
  • Coordinate with drivers and departments to ensure efficient, high-quality workflows.
  • Operate complex machinery safely while prioritizing waste reduction.
  • Strictly adhere to COSHH, HACCP, and Health & Safety regulations.
  • Deliver pro‑active support to hit and exceed business KPIs.
  • Maintain impeccable hygiene and workplace cleanliness.
  • Coach staff and provide flexible role coverage to support business needs.
