Position: Trainee Joiner Location: Warrington (with the opportunity to work on projects worldwide) Start Date: ASAP Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (overtime available during shutdown work)

We’re seeking a motivated Trainee Joiner to join a specialist manufacturing team based in Warrington. This is a hands‑on role offering the chance to develop valuable skills in a unique area of the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in producing mould boxes and shuttering for casting large refractory blocks
  • Work under supervision to construct, install, finish, and repair wooden and metal structures
  • Read and interpret technical drawings accurately
  • Maintain a safe and organised workspace
  • Support the wider team on both workshop and site‑based projects
Requirements
  • Genuine interest in Joinery and practical, hands‑on work
  • Good numeracy and the ability to read technical drawings
  • Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliable and hardworking with a focus on quality and safety
