Qualifications

• Must undertake a funded apprenticeship alongside the role
• Some IT support experience or placement
• Good knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
• Basic understanding of laptops, printers, networking
• Friendly, professional and eager to learn

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for IT support requests
• Log, prioritise and resolve first-line tickets
• Set up laptops, monitors, phones and other IT equipment
• Support Microsoft Intune enrolment and Autopilot builds
• Assist users with Microsoft 365 apps, Outlook and Teams
• Provide support for Windows, Wi‑Fi, VPN, passwords and user accounts
• Maintain asset records and IT documentation
• Escalate complex incidents to senior IT colleagues
• Support Intune rollout and site technology deployments
• Follow IT security policies and protect company data
• Build relationships with users at all levels
