Job summary

Everything Tech Ltd in Manchester is seeking an IT & Networking Role Information Communication Technician L3 – Azure Cloud Support Specialist for an IT apprenticeship. You will be the first IT contact, resolve hardware and software issues, and ensure service levels are met while contributing to a friendly, supportive team.

You will work Monday to Friday during business hours, with opportunities for training, progression, and bonuses tied to performance. Salary is £17,000 yearly.

Qualifications

• Interest and experience in general IT services.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide first point of IT support contact to customers.
• Deliver proactive first line IT support.
• Record tickets in Autotask and keep clients updated.
• Escalate complex issues as needed and manage workloads to SLAs.
