Job summary

QA Limited in Weybridge offers an IT apprenticeship providing hands-on 1st line support to clients. You will respond to incidents, perform backup checks, and help with implementation and upgrades across Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and hybrid environments.

The role requires 3 GCSEs (4+), Maths and English at 3+, and a willingness to travel. On successful completion, there is potential to move into a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Proactive approach to supporting wider team with technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents and service requests within SLAs.
• Perform daily backup checks and resolve issues.
• Provide first-line IT support to clients, independently or in a team.
• Assist the Call Centre Coordinator when required.
• Act as escalation point of contact for customers.
• Monitor 1st Line and Workshop queues and collaborate with specialist teams.
• Document support activities and create knowledge base articles.
