Qualifications

• Scots law LLB and Diploma (PEAT 1) graduate (or due to qualify).
• Strong interest in commercial law, contracts, and the energy/marine sector.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take responsibility for your development.

Responsibilities

• Cover core legal activities in commercial contracts, procurement, compliance, and regulatory work.
• Draft and review contracts, NDAs, service agreements, and internal policies.
• Conduct legal research and provide advice on contract clauses and regulatory developments.
• Participate in cross-departmental projects (HR, Finance, Operations).
• Maintain a PEAT 2 record with evidence mapped to all outcome areas.
