SALARY: 32000 per annum

HOURS: 40 per week Monday - Friday 06.00-14.30 or 1330-2200

Purpose of the role :

To train in all aspects of vehicle maintenance gaining experience and qualifications to provide efficient and effective high‑quality vehicle maintenance and support to all employees of the workshop.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Ensure fleet compliance records and workshop reports are completed correctly in date and efficiently retained.
  • Conduct quality control inspections.
  • Repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions.
  • Ensure vehicles comply with statutory legislation.
  • Ensure Brand image is of high standard.
  • Trouble shooting breakdowns.
  • Performing preventative maintenance.
  • Contain costs.
  • Evaluate service and parts options.
  • Ensure facilities are secure
Essential Requirements and Qualifications for the Role :
  • Working knowledge of the vehicle repair industry
  • Ability to work with Job Cards.
  • Qualifications in vehicle maintenance or working towards
  • Effective communication skills
  • Hold a full driving licence valid for use in the UK
  • To be able to attend training on related products
