• Willingness to develop through training and a Customer Service Diploma.
• Full driving licence desirable due to travel between sites.

Aufgaben

• Interact with customers in person at council sites (Dumfries, libraries, registration services).
• Support Library and information services (BookBug sessions, family history queries).
• Assist with Blue Badge applications and distribute food parcels and library books.
• Travel between Dumfries sites as required.
