Overview

We are currently looking to recruit a trainee croupier. No previous gaming experience is necessary; if you are passionate about delivering great customer service and are willing to learn, this could be the role for you. All training will be provided in an initial 6-week training school where you will learn to deal popular casino games including roulette and blackjack. Once you are trained, you will be responsible for dealing the casino games to our customers and ensuring they have an enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

• Deal popular casino games (e.g., roulette and blackjack) to customers following correct procedures.
• Ensure customers have an enjoyable and fair gaming experience.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Enthusiastic, bubbly personality ready to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Confident with a can-do mindset.
• Efficient team player.
• Flexible attitude to work — able to work shifts including nights and weekends to support our business.
• Good maths skills to enable correct calculation of customers bets.
• Age 18 or over, right to work in the UK, and the ability to pass a DBS check (no criminal record) in order to obtain a gaming license.
