Qualifications

  • 5 GCSE’s at Grades 9 – 4 including English & Maths.
  • Right to Work in the UK or Republic of Ireland.
  • Previous experience in a client/customer facing role.
  • A good understanding of Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide account support to clients for their employee benefits.
  • Gather, organize and analyze data to manage client benefits.
  • Respond to client and provider queries as per service agreements.
  • Support consulting team in drafting recommendation reports.
  • Attend client meetings as required.
