Job summary

Orlaroseassociates in London is seeking a Trade Application Support Analyst to join its technology team on the trading floor. You will provide day-to-day support for front-office trading applications and IT systems, ensuring Fidessa, Bloomberg and related platforms run reliably in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting front-office trading platforms.
• Solid IT knowledge across desktop and server infrastructure.
• Familiarity with trading lifecycle and market data feeds.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line support for Fidessa and Bloomberg front-office platforms.
• Monitor order workflows, connectivity, and user access to minimize trading disruption.
• Support Bloomberg Terminal estate including provisioning and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot FIX-based flow and market data sessions with vendors and counterparties.
• Maintain desktop environments, dealer boards and core server infrastructure.
