Radley James is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join a growing trading firm in London. This hands-on role requires supporting trading desks, ensuring a seamless desktop and trading experience for users.

The ideal candidate will have strong IT support experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in financial services. Offering a day rate starting at £400 (Inside IR35) based on experience.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in IT support within a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to trading floor technologies or front-office support.
• Solid understanding of Windows environments and end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all IT support across the trading floor.
• Provide support for enterprise and trading applications.
• Help build out and scale new trading desks.

Skills
